Yoga Teacher Training in the Red River Gorge
Do you want to become a yoga teacher? Or, are you interested in deepening your personal yoga practice? If you answered yes to either of these questions, then you should consider enrolling in the 200-hour yoga teacher training program that will be held this year in the Red River Gorge of Kentucky. This 200-hour course, which is registered with Yoga Alliance, will allow you to advance your physical practice by deeply exploring the use of asana through anatomy, proper sequencing, alignment and safe adjustments. At the same time, it will be integrating the history and philosophy of yoga to create a well-rounded comprehension of the subject. To learn more about this program click (here).
It is a rewarding experience to be able to offer alternative healthy options to your local community and make a living while doing so. Even if you don’t want to teach, the benefits you can take away from a yoga retreat are life changing. This training is broken up into 6 sessions so that you can escape from your daily routine, take a mini vacation and dive into the learning process. The best part is that the training is in the heart of the Red River Gorge. You are surrounded by an amazing landscape sculpted by the wind, water and time, incredible biodiversity and enough outdoor activities (hiking, boating, rock climbing) to keep you entertained on your time off.
Red River Outdoors is excited to partner up with Red River Gorge Natural Health Center and offer a space where classes and workshops on different topics of natural health can be offered to the public. We are thrilled to announce this partnership and be part of this movement towards natural health in the Red River Gorge of Kentucky.
